Field Trips!! As part of Discovery Youth, we took educational field trips to local museum's, our fire station, and our neighborhood donut shop. 				Lou's Living Donut Museum At the donut shop, we watched a movie about how Lou's Living Donut museum got started. Then we got to see the owner make mini donuts. 					San Jose Fire Station At the fire station, we met really cool firefighters. They gave us a tour of the station. There was the kitchen, bedrooms, firetrucks, and of course, the pole for sliding down. Then they talked about the fires that they had been in. 			The San Jose Museum of Art At the art museum, we had a tour of the whole museum. They told us about the works of art and the artist. 			Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk At the Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk, we played games like Air Hockey and went on rides like the cyclone. After that we had a barbecue and played games on the beach. click here to see the rest of the pictures! Jerry - "This is one of the best field trips I ever had."
