Who are the DY Leadership Team?

A group of dedicated young high school students who were former members of DY and express leadership capabilities outside of school - Eric H.

A group of dedicated volunteers willing to help their community by creating projects such as restorations of local parks and health fairs for children - Jenn G.

What DY Leadership Team Does?
The DY leadership team assist in managing and coordinating museum floor activities in the Children's Discovery Museum
The DY Leadership Team also assist in helping coordinate and lead various community service projects outside the Children's Discovery Museum from helping sort materials at RAFT warehouse to helping wrap gifts with The Family Giving Tree.
The main purposes of the DY Leadership team is to help create projects that they feel are important to have in thier community. This year the DY Leadership team assisted in coordinating and managing a restoration project at Brenda Lopez Memorial Plaza/Washington Youth Center, Earth Day River Clean Up, and Chidren's Health Activities Fair.
